The fabric you chose is known for its excellent wear, color retention, water and mildew resistance. The stitching in the fabrication of your awning is guaranteed to last the life of the awning. Your new awning will leak the first few times it rains, this leakage is normal and will stop. However, some leakage is possible during heavy or prolonged rain.

It is suggested that you hose off the awning regularly to insure a longer life.  If the fabric becomes soiled, you can clean it with a mild soap, such as Ivory Flakes and a sponge.  After washing, thoroughly rinse the entire awning off.  DO NOT use laundry detergents or bleach to clean your awning.
